Neville Dornauf

Regional Manager

Neville’s long standing experience in the kitchen industry began in 1986 as an apprentice at a local kitchen business after completing a TAFE course in Cabinet Making.  When Neville completed his Cabinet Making apprenticeship he continued on to complete studies in fine furniture for 2 years at a local furniture workshop in Sydney specialising in high end one off furniture pieces. Neville feels it’s a very rewarding career stating that it is “particularly rewarding when someone asks you to design, make and install joinery and seeing the end result that suits that client.”  Neville has always had a passion to make furniture and kitchens for himself and his family, which, lead him to a career in the industry and passion to pursue doing his own renovations.  Neville is a highly skilled and experienced operator and a real asset to Kitchen Centre team.

Alecia Bowman


Alecia is a valued team member offering 10 year’s experience in the cabinetry and joinery industry.  Alecia provides exceptional skills and knowledge of design and project management and she has also secured a lifetime of building industry knowledge as her family have been heavily involved in the industry for many years.  Along with her 10 year’s experience Alecia has completed a Certificate IV in Design of Kitchens, Bathroom and Interior Spaces specialising in Kitchen Design.  Alecia has had two Kitchens she designed go on to become Kitchen of The Year Finalist’s at the annual Housing Industry Association Awards (HIA Awards).  Alecia is married with two children and understands family life in the home, with the Kitchen being a crucial centre piece, it is because of this fact that Alecia is so passionate about creating dream Kitchens for every family to cherish  for many years to come.

Andrew Lowe


Andrew has a solid understanding of the cabinetry and joinery business having completed a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design.  Before his undergraduate studies Andrew undertook labourer work at the Launceston Kitchen Centre building and installing joinery.  Andrew has also gone on to complete a Master of Architecture and worked as a graduate architect.  Andrew loves designing  practical and usable spaces, which, he believes is the key to great design, in both building and in joinery. Kitchen design is the key to every house as it is the heart of the home, being used by the whole family on a daily basis. Andrew’s design background allows him to design and create practical work spaces and storage areas for clients to suit their specific needs.  Andrew has been in the industry for 11 years  and is a highly valued team member at the Launceston Kitchen Centre.

Bronte Steel


Bronte is a highly skilled and valued team member who joined the kitchen centre in 2018.  Bronte is also highly qualified having completed a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 2015 at the University of Tasmania, with a major in interior design.  Bronte enjoys the ever-changing design trends within the kitchen industry she is so passionate about.  Bronte loves that every kitchen is different and comes with different challenges.  She also enjoys helping people create their dream kitchen and the excitement customers get when their visions come to life.

Phoebe Barnett

Showroom Coordinator

Phoebe comes with a fantastic knowledge of the building industry and joined the Kitchen Centre team in early 2018 as the Hobart Showroom Coordinator.  Phoebe comes with great expertise in sales and she loves being able to work closely with customers to create their vision and something they will love.  Phoebe feels this is a highly rewarding process, to be able to design and create different spaces within the home.  Phoebe is a valued asset to the Hobart Kitchen Centre team.

Peter Norman


Peter has been in this cabinetry and joinery industry for six years and offers extensive experience in sales, project management, and kitchen design.  Peter thoroughly enjoys meeting people from all corners, tapping into their needs and to design a space to suit these needs.  Peter finds it very rewarding working through a project from start to finish and developing some very strong relationships along the way.

Rebecca Norman


Rebecca specialises in kitchen design, sales and project management and has served the industry for over 12 years.  Rebecca enjoys being able to work with clients to create a unique and functional space, which, is suitable to their individual needs, Rebecca feels this is a very rewarding process. What attracted Rebecca to the industry was the opportunity to create beautiful spaces with the diverse range of products and materials available, and the satisfaction gained from working on and completing projects with local people.

Philippa Jarvis


After graduating from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) Philippa joined the Kingston Kitchen Centre as Showroom Coordinator, and has now progressed into the role of Sales Representative. Philippa is passionate about working with clients to bring their visions into reality to create spaces they will enjoy for years to come, recognising that for many clients the Kitchen is the heart of the home.
