Mountain Mist

The Kitchen is very much the centre piece of this home. It features some great modern features whilst still providing a traditional white exterior.  The island bench top is stunning highlight within the room in 40mm Silestone Mountain Mist.  The exterior of the cabinetry has a clean finish in Polytec’s Alabaster in a matt finish.  Polytec’s Alabaster has been carried on throughout the all the other aspects of the cabinetry including the doors, end panels, kickboards and bulkhead.  The splashback has been completed in stainless steel, which, is easy to clean and low maintenance.  The newly installed cork tile floor adds a vintage finish and when combined with the updated kitchen it highlights the combination of  both the old and the new in this home.  The large island bench offers plenty of bench space and storage with drawers positioned on both sides of the kitchen island.  One of the great features of the island bench is the gorgeous waterfall end on one side of the bench and a curved edge at the other end of the bench top.  The Butlers pantry is also a great addition to the space, which, allows for small appliances to be stored away inside the pantry with some additional bench space for food preparation if required, leaving the main bench top free from clutter.  The Flemish space rack is also a great addition located in the drawer below the ARG induction cook top.  The other luxury feature in this kitchen is the Zip Hyrorap tap which dispenses both boiling water and cool sparkling water.  This beautiful yet classic kitchen was designed by Alecia at the Launceston Kitchen Centre.
