Art Deco Kitchen

The doors, end panels, kickboards and bulkhead are a crisp white with painted in the colour Ghost Gum.  The door profile is a lovely feature in the kitchen and also on the bathroom vanity in Polytec’s Oberon profile.  The 35mm bench tops provide a striking contrast with a beautiful speckled blue colour in Laminex Blue Pearl Granite.  Throughout the rest of the kitchen, with the exclusion of the back wall, the bench top seamlessly follows up the wall as a matching splashback feature.   The back wall is a bold statement with a colourful art deco splashback made from aluminium in Decosplash in the colour Blue Parquetry.  The entire look is finished off with silver Castello handles.  Some of the added accessories such as Flemish cutlery tray and the lazy susan corner unit are a modern touch to this kitchen.  The oven, cook top and range-hood are all by Westinghouse.  The dishwasher is by Bosch.  The is kitchen bold and colourful in this brand new home.  The kitchen was completed by the Launceston Kitchen Centre.

The laundry vanity cabinet is also a great feature in the main bathroom of the house.  The cabinet doors are by Polytec Mudgee and painted in a crisp white to match with the kitchen cabinetry.  The kickboard us carcase white.  The bench top and splashback roll seamlessly into one in the Formica’s Cinnamon Ash colour.  This colour has also been used in-between each of the four drawers providing a gorgeous contrast against the white cabinetry drawer exterior.
