A central kitchen island provides workspace, style, and a focal point for the room, seamlessly blending practicality with elegance.

Bathrooms and the light, airy laundry continue the theme of thoughtful design. Semi-inset basins set into honed Patagonia benchtops and soft, calming wall tones create bright, refreshing spaces that feel welcoming and timeless. Each detail was tailored to suit the clients’ needs while adding a subtle wow-factor throughout the home.

Storage solutions are a key feature across this Sandy Bay property. From Polytec Boston Oak wardrobes in the bedrooms to long drawer sets in the master suite, every space has been designed to maximise functionality without compromising on style. All cabinetry was designed, built, and fabricated in our Launceston workshop, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every piece.
